JSC "Electromontazh" ("ELMO") performs electrical work to provide power supply to the new industrial zone of the city of Saran, in Karaganda region. Another shipment of Asia Trafo transformers went to the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) markets. Saidulla Kozhabayev, the founder of the Alageum Electric group of companies, shareholder and chairman of the Supervisory Board, was recognized as the “Businessman of the Year” by Forbes Kazakhstan magazine. In 2022, the group showed a growth of 40%, bringing the annual turnover to $407 million, and became the largest manufacturer of transformer equipment in the post-Soviet space.
